4K RETOUCH only has two fee plans. The first is for those that aren’t ready to commit yet. So we give you an option until you are ready to sign up for the less expensive plan or 2 months from first set we do. I don’t like this plan, it cost you more and you aren’t in the rotation, which could cause a delay.
Both plans are for basic retouching which includes the following:
- Skin Work- Includes blemish removal, skin softening, eye and teeth correction, cellulite reduction or removal, tan line reduction (removal most of the time, but not always possible), and more.
- Stray hair removal.
- Color Correction.
- Exposure Correction.
- Sharpening for print or digital.
- Background Work- Distractions removed and backdrop cleanup.
You are not limited to just these things, but these are the usual requests. Most studios do their own color and exposure adjustments, but two of our studios like us to do it.
The only upcharges will be eyeglass removal or extensive photoshop work. You will be notified of this before the retouching/photoshop is done.

Simple Pricing is what we promise. No additional fees other than eyeglass glare removal or extensive photoshopping. Simple and easy. No Contract.
$2.00 per image.
Monthly Plan
The monthly plan is where most of our studio partners are at. It is less expensive and it allows banking of images/retouches to carry over to the next month. Let me explain:
- $249 per month
- 200 images are included in the monthly fee. This makes the 200 retouches work out to $1.25 each. That is way less costly than the $2 per image/retouch plan above.
- Images carry over to the next month (and so forth) to be used. This allows you to bank your retouches during slow months and keeps them available for the busier months. While most of our studios use 200 or more image retouches a month, there are times (for example covid shutdowns) where they were able to bank their image retouches and use them when they opened back up. Slow months allows you to build up a bank of image retouches for busier months. Pretty slick, huh?
- Image retouches are banked for as long as you are on the plan. If you stop the monthly plan, you lose your credits. Don’t do that! Also, if you stop the monthly plan, we will fill it with another studio and it won’t be available. I only work with a maximum of 10 studios at a time. 8 have been with me for 5+ years, so they don’t open up often.
- You receive an invoice monthly for the $249 and it is due immediately. I can’t work your sets unless it is paid, even if you have banked retouches. Please stay current.
- When on the monthly plan, sets that come in are worked in the order they are received. Per Image Pricing Plan sets are done when the monthly plan sets are completed. If I am backed up, I will slip the Per Image Plan sets in, but only after I am getting caught up.
- Normal turnaround time is 2-3 days. When super busy and a huge number of sets are sent in by many studios, it could stretch out beyond the 3 days. But this is rare.
- Rush orders are accepted by Monthly Plan studios at no additional fee, but please be respectful to the other studios and not request it often. That is what I love about the studios I have worked with for many years, rush orders are rare and I take them seriously. They have adjusted their workflow to accommodate the 2-3 days it takes to complete their images.
